Our snow removal season runs from November 1st through April 15th, covering a full 165 days.
?What areas do you service?
We currently provide winter snow removal for Fargo, West Fargo, and Horace neighborhoods.
❄️ When will my driveway be cleared?
We begin clearing once snowfall reaches the trigger depth you selected in your contract. No need to call—you’re automatically added to our snow route.
? Do I need to contact you every time it snows?
No. Once you’re signed up, we monitor snowfall and clear your property as needed throughout the season.
? What equipment do you use?
We use tractors equipped with snowblowers, not plow trucks. This allows for cleaner results, no snow piles, and less damage to your lawn or driveway.
? Do I need to stake my property?
No. We provide and install non-metal snow markers to outline driveways and sidewalks. Metal stakes are not allowed.
? When is payment due?
Full payment is required before the start of the season to be placed on our snow route.
? Do you offer city sidewalk service?
Yes. City sidewalk clearing is included with our Standard and Premium Packages.
? Are payments refundable?
Payments are non-refundable unless we fail to service your property during the winter season.
